LPC Netorial ( Internet + Editorial, naming courtesy of Annis Wong 09′ ) originated from Quan Cai LPC Web Design and Development, a Campus Support. History traces LPC Web Design and Development to 1998, when Charles Chan 00′ and Åke Fagereng 01′ created the first version of the LPC website. Before graduating, Charles revisited the LPC website and produced version two. The third version was created by Man Ho Lam 03′ in July 2003 and was used until July 2008. After the leading of Calvin Qiu 07′, under the joint effort of Fioni Cheung 08′ and Rudolf Lai 09′, supervised by Esther Chau, Kok Ming Lee, also Principal Dr. Stephen Codrington, renovation once again started in 2008, and was finally completed with a lot of ups and downs in August 2008.

Also in 2008, feeling the two man team of LPC Web Design and Development insufficient to maintain a informative website, Rudolf Lai setup LPC Netorial encompassing 12 people with 3 departments. Nicholas Oh kindly joined the technological department, Tony De Silva and Stephen Birarda heading the media department and Alan Yu and June Lau handling the editorial department.
