This service works in two branches and both were initiated by previous second years to promote environmental awareness. Educators branch do this through activities in local schools, which are conducted in Cantonese. The newer campaigners branch work to develop and carryout activities in the local community in a variety of non-school venues, which have no language requirements. While planning meetings will be held regularly the visits and events for both branches are not regular.
