Recently established this Quan Cai aims to provide a group of students with lighting skills to be available to assist in staging international evenings and other cultural events. Training both through the experience of using the equipment, as well as on-going exercises with invited specialists, mean students very quickly become familiar with the equipment and adept at creating a range of special effects.
