The Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026 was successfully held on 23 May. From the high-energy student Dragon and Lion Dance to the inspiring speeches, it was a day filled with gratitude, laughter, and happy tears.
A huge thank you to our guest speaker, Ms Patricia Measor Ho (Class of 2002). She encouraged our graduating class to fiercely believe in their own capabilities, potential, and dreams, and to protect these aspirations with everything they have.
"The world will continue to bombard you. But don’t just watch or get a seat in the front row. Respond, engage, and act. Find the frame of who you want to become. Stay mad, and care about the world and the people around you."
Thank you, Patricia, for giving our graduates such powerful wisdom to carry into their exciting next chapters.
On this beautiful occasion, we also bid a heartfelt farewell to our departing staff. A special tribute went to Michèle (Director of Student Welfare) and Ms Esther Chau (Head of Humanities), who have both dedicated an incredible 33 years of service to LPC. The college truly won't be the same without you two.
We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Alfred, Angela, Hayley, Trevor, and Gemma for all your dedication, passion, and teaching at the College over the years. You will all be dearly missed!
And of course, to all the parents and guests who joined us—whether in person or virtually from around the world, thank you for making the day incredibly special.
Finally, thank you to Eva (Year 1) and Beneth (our graduate representative) for their beautiful student speeches; to Mr. Henry Chen (Head of Mathematics and Sciences) for leading and organising the entire event; and to our support staff who worked behind the scenes to make this day so memorable.
