Our campus became a vibrant crossroads of experience and inspiration on 14 March as we hosted Human Library 2026. For the afternoon, the Makerspace and classrooms were transformed into a hub of shared wisdom, offering students a unique opportunity to "read" the lived experiences of our visitors.
Co-organised by the UGC Team, Alumni Connect Quan Cai group, and UWCGO Hong Kong, the event was a resounding success. Welcoming eight alumni from both LPCUWC and UWC Atlantic, the sessions moved far beyond standard career advice. From architecture to neuroscience, and entrepreneurship to law and sustainability, our "Human Books" didn’t just share CVs—they shared the UWC journey in all its complexity. The resulting conversations were nothing short of inspiring!
A heartfelt thank you to our "Human Books":
The Atlantic Connection: Michael Tsang ('85) and Slobo Radoman ('03)
The LPC Legacy: Thomas Suen ('96), Vicky Wong ('03), Zoe Chow ('05), Remy Hung ('08), Christie Lai ('19), and Edith Chan ('20).
A huge thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this event possible. Let’s keep the UWC spirit of connection and inspiration alive!
