That’s exactly what happened when our students stepped inside Google Hong Kong on 28 November.
Led by Mathematics teacher Gemma Keating, the group took part in an eye-opening session on innovation and AI. They also engaged in thoughtful and inspiring conversations with Michael Yung, Strategic Advisor for Google Cloud, and Kenneth Wong, Business Development Lead – Strategic Enterprise & Public Sector at Google.
The students returned not just with new knowledge, but with supercharged motivation to turn their experiential learning projects into reality:
Space Debris: A robot to resource-map and clear satellite debris.
Refugee Support: An app to share and amplify refugee stories.
Sustainability: A platform tackling the e-waste crisis.
Mental Health: Digital tools to support student well-being.
We can’t wait to welcome the Google team to LPC for our future collaborations and more.
