Celebrating Language and Art with Fellow Students

On Friday, we welcomed a group of students from the Center of European and Asian Languages (CEAL) in Russia. The students were visiting Hong Kong as part of a prize they received from competing in an English Language Olympiad.

Mrs. Ruth Lau, our College Supervisor, guided the students in a session of Chinese ink and brush painting. This lesson combined English language and Chinese ink and brush, allowing an exploration and appreciation of Chinese art while improving their language skills.

Accompanying the visiting students were our Principal, Spencer, along with Eton and Zoe, two of our current Year Two students. They provided a tour of our campus and boarding facilities, sharing with the visitors the richness and diversity of the UWC movement.
