Li Po Chun UWC Fitwel Recertification

We are excited to receive the recertification of the Fitwel Certificate recognition for having healthy building systems that optimize health and wellness.

Our Lee Shau Kee Peace Education Centre continues to provide a sustainable, healthier learning environment that fosters student wellbeing. The LPCUWC partnership with M Moser Associates to design an environmental and sustainable learning centre for the College Community has allowed the continual improvement and commitment of attaining the Fitwel Certificate.

Fitwel initiative emphasizes the importance of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle and taking responsibility for the environment through our buildings. Receiving the Fitwel recertification remains a transformative force for the College, aligning building design with the imperative for healthier, more sustainable living, positioning us as together with other adapting groups in shaping a future where our built surroundings actively contribute to our overall wellness.

We are proud to champion these design solutions for our community and supporting a reduced carbon footprint, at the same time receiving the Fitwel Certification as a highly sustainable and healthy school campus!
